Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales / Business Development Associate to support and expand business activities within the oil & gas sector in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge and proven experience dealing with KPC and its sister companies.
Key Responsibilities
•Develop and manage sales and business development opportunities within KPC and its sister companies
•Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
•Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities in the trading sector, particularly in Oil & Gas clients such as (KOC, KNPC, and KIPIC, etc.).
•Prepare, submit, and follow up on proposals, quotations, and tenders
•Support pre-qualification, vendor registration, and tendering activities
•Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
•Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company growth
Qualifications & Experience
•3–5 years of experience for candidates holding a University Degree OR minimum 10 years for Diploma holders
•Background or experience in Mechanical Engineering or Petroleum Engineering (preferred)
•Mandatory work experience with KPC sister companies
•Valid Kuwait Driving License
•Good knowledge of the Kuwait oil & gas market
