Job Summary:
Picker Technology HR Service is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales &
Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth and strategic partnerships in the
fast-evolving fields of Data Trade, Fintech, Blockchain, Web3, and E-commerce. This role is
ideal for professionals passionate about emerging technologies and eager to work in a
cross-border, innovation-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities: Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the areas of data trade,
fintech, blockchain, Web3, and e-commerce Build strong client relationships and maintain a robust pipeline of high-potential leads Collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize offerings for specific client needs Conduct competitive market analysis and identify key trends to support business
strategy Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and conferences Drive sales efforts to achieve or exceed individual and team KPIs Maintain detailed records of sales activity in CRM systems and report to leadership
Training & Placement Details: Initial Training Location: Dubai Headquarters Training May Include Travel: China or Malaysia regional offices, depending on
operational needs Final Placement: Candidate’s home country (not UAE-based long term) Candidates must be comfortable relocating after training and working from their
home market
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, business development, or
partnerships—preferably in fintech, blockchain, e-commerce, or digital services Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Bilingual or multilingual candidates (English + Chinese or other regional languages) are
highly preferred Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset Willingness to travel for training and business assignments
