Our services include selling perfume oils, renting scent diffusers, and providing monthly oil replacement and maintenance.
*Job Description*
We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to manage existing clients, grow our customer base, and handle on-site diffuser oil replacements. This role combines sales, customer relationship management, and field work.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers
* Track rented diffusers, customer details, and monthly oil replacement schedules
* Visit client locations to replace diffuser oils on time
* Identify, approach, and acquire new customers for long-term diffuser rental contracts
* Promote and explain scenting solutions based on client needs
* Follow up on leads and close sales
* Collect customer feedback and report to management
*Requirements*
* Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
* Comfortable with field work and in-person customer visits
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to build long-term client relationships
* Organized and able to manage schedules and customer records
* Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus
* English language is required ( Arabic is a plus )
