Roles & Responsibilities:
Minimum 2 years of experience in gym selling, knowledgeable about gym products and This role is ONLY for candidates who are serious about fitness, passionate about helping people.
Promote and sell gym memberships, personal training packages, and wellness programs to potential clients.
Conduct facility tours, explain membership benefits, and address client inquiries to drive conversions.
Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients and community partners for bulk membership sales.
Achieve month sales targets through proactive outreach (calls, emails, events).
Collaborate with marketing to execute promotional campaigns and referral programs.
Maintain CRM records and provide feedback on customer preferences to enhance offerings
Desired Candidate Profile:
Education: High school diploma required; degree in Busine preferred.
Experience: 1–3 years in sales (fitne sectors preferred).
Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, persuasive communication, and goal-driven mindset.
Attributes: Passion for fitness, self-motivated, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
