We are seeking a dynamic and organized Sales Coordinator to support the sales and trading operations of mechanical products and FMCG items. The role involves coordinating with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely quotations, order processing, inventory coordination, and customer satisfaction while supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate sales activities related to mechanical products, industrial supplies, and FMCG items.
Prepare and submit quotations, tenders, and commercial proposals to customers.
Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and pending orders to maximize sales opportunities.
Process customer purchase orders and coordinate timely deliveries.
Liaise with suppliers and procurement teams to ensure product availability and competitive pricing.
Maintain accurate records of customer transactions, quotations, and sales orders.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment requirements with the purchasing department.
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for dispatch and delivery schedules.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and market updates.
Assist in identifying new business opportunities and developing customer relationships.
Ensure compliance with company policies and trading procedures.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, Commerce, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in sales coordination, trading, distribution, or customer service.
Experience in mechanical products, industrial supplies, or FMCG trading is preferred.
Strong knowledge of quotation preparation, order processing, and inventory coordination.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and E systems.
