Job Overview:
Digital Jockey Technologies is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development
Representative (SDR) to join our Dubai team. The SDR will play a key role in generating new business
opportunities by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients. This position is ideal for someone
who enjoys outreach, has strong communication skills, and wants to grow in a fast-paced tech sales
environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads.
- Research and identify potential clients that align with company’s target market.
- Schedule genuine and professional meetings between prospects and senior sales team members.
- Qualify leads based on company’s ideal customer profile and needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective outreach strategies.
- Achieve monthly targets for calls, emails, meetings, and qualified opportunities.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and company’s service offerings.
- Provide regular reports on outreach performance and pipeline status.
- Represent Digital Jockey Technologies professionally in all client interactions.

Candidate Requirements

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service (fresh graduates welcome).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
