Elegancia Steel is looking for a Sales Engineer – Steel to join its growing team in Qatar. The role focuses on structural steel fabrication, Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB), steel construction projects, business development, and securing new steel fabrication projects across the Qat market.

a. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
b. Minimum 5–10 years of experience in steel fabrication, structural steel, or PEB sales.
c. Strong knowledge of structural steel fabrication, erection works, and steel construction projects.
d. Experience with EPC contractors, Oil & Gas, industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
e. Proven track record in business development and securing steel fabrication projects.
f. Experience preparing technical and commercial proposals.
g. Strong network within the Qat construction market is preferred.
h. Arabic speaking is a strong advantage.
i. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
