Roles and Responsibilities
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven sales Executive to join our team , as we are a provider of facility management services. The sales Executive will be responsible for generating new leads, building relationships with potential clients, and selling our comprehensive range of facility management solutions through outbound calls. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to understand customer needs, and a deep knowledge of the services we offer.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients, Visiting Clients and promoting the company’s facility management services.
Identify customer needs and match them with our service offerings, providing tailored solutions.
Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers in various industries (commercial, residential, industrial, etc.).
Present and explain the company’s facility management services, including cleaning, maintenance, security, HVAC, and other specialized solutions.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements while ensuring company profitability and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of all calls, client information, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs related to service offerings.
Provide customers with detailed information about the benefits of outsourcing facility management services.
Address and resolve customer queries, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery and post-sale customer care.
Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitors to position our services effectively.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales or telemarketing, ideally within the B2C and B2B sector (facility management or related industries is a plus).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
Strong listening skills and ability to identify client needs quickly.
Good understanding of facility management services and how they can benefit businesses
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle a high volume of calls and leads.
Experience using MS Office (Word and Excel) and Social Media (Facebook, Whatsapp, Youtube etc) to track leads, opportunities, and communications.
Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and KPIs.
Self-motivated, with a proactive and positive attitude.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus. Driving License is a additional Benefit but not a must.
Preferred:
Experience in the facility management or service industry.
Knowledge of local and regional business markets.
Already on Residence Visa
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED 1,500 Up to 2,500 per month (depending on the Experience)
Mutually agreed Commission on Sales
