Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Agent to join our growing team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of real estate experience in the UAE and must hold a valid UAE driving license. You will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, while delivering top-notch customer service and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in the sale, purchase, and leasing of properties.
Conduct market research to identify property values and trends.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and prospecting.
Schedule and conduct property viewings and open houses.
Prepare and present offers and relevant doentation to clients.
Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions between buyers and sellers.
Maintain regular communication with clients and provide updates throughout the transaction process.
Ensure full compliance with RERA and UAE real estate regulations.
Build strong relationships with property developers, landlords, and investors.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of real estate sales experience in the UAE.
Valid UAE driving license and access to own car.
Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
Good knowledge of the UAE property market, especially in [Dub Dha – customize as needed].
Familiar with CRM tools and property portals (Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, etc.).
RERA certification is an advantage but not mandatory.
