Job Summary:
As a Sales Executive (Call Center) at Pearl Stone, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers over the phone to promote our products, close sales, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. You will play a vital role in achieving sales targets and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products from the Pearl Stone catalog.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Provide accurate information about product features, pricing, and availability.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.
Maintain records of calls, sales, and customer feedback in the CRM system.
Handle customer objections professionally and close deals effectively.
Collaborate with the logistics and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and Pearl Stone product developments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a call center environment (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
Target-driven with a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
