Process customer orders and assist in product selection.
• Provide timely and effective customer support, including pre- and post-shipment updates.
• Address customer queries and complaints, offering appropriate solutions and alternatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and agents.
Ensure customer requirements are accurately fulfilled and orders are delivered on time.
• Respond promptly to all customer inquiries and maintain up-to-date customer records.
• Coordinate the preparation of daily shipment pick lists and send weekly order updates to respective sales personnel.
• Analyze incoming and outgoing orders for accuracy and efficiency.
• Issue proforma invoices within 24 hours of order receipt.
• Ensure all daily and sales invoices are accurately delivered to the correct customers.
• Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle complex and changing customer requirements.
