Sales executives
A Dubai based building and construction material company looking a mid level sales executive with valid UAE driving license.

Strong product and industry knowledge
Understanding of building materials (e.g., timber, plywood, MDF, gypsum boards, hardware, etc) and their applications.
Awareness of the construction supply-chain in the UAE: developers, contractors, architects, joineries, reta channels.
Keeping up with market trends, competitor activity, new product lines.
Sales & business development skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to identify new lea, prospect new clients (contractors, developers, trade customers).
Strong negotiation skills — closing deals, contract terms, pricing, profit margins.
Relationship & stakeholder management
Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs, offering tailored solutions.
Good communication (verbal and written), presentation ability when dealing with clients and internal teams.
Multilingual / culturally aware (in UAE context, knowledge of Arabic, Hin can be advantage).
Territory & customer-management mindset
Willingness to travel across assigned territory (UAE Emirates) for client visits, site meetings.
Self-motivated, able to work independently yet also collaborate with internal teams (logistics, marketing, operations).
