We are looking for a Business Development Executive to help source, engage, and close clients for our digital marketing services. This role is ideal for someone who is confident speaking to business owners, comfortable with outreach and follow-ups, and motivated by commission-based earnings.
This is a sales-focused role, not a marketing execution role.
•Identify and approach potential clients in Dubai (SMEs, startups, F&B, real estate, clinics, retail, services)
•Conduct cold calls, WhatsApp outreach, LinkedIn outreach, and in-person networking
•Understand client needs and introduce suitable digital marketing services
•Book and attend sales meetings (online or in person)
•Prepare proposals with internal support
•Follow up with leads consistently until closure
•Close deals and hand over clients to the delivery team
•Maintain a pipeline of leads, meetings, and closed deals

•3+ years of experience in sales or business development (services preferred)
•Experience in UAE market is strongly preferred
•Comfortable selling services such as marketing, media, or solutions
•Confident communication skills in English
•Self-motivated and target-driven
•Must be based in Dubai
•Spouse visa or own visa is a plus
•Open to commission-based earnings
