Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to source and develop EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) project opportunities and support successful delivery for clients in the Oil, Gas & Energy sector across Saudi Arabia. The role involves identifying leads, building relationships with key stakeholders, coordinating internal teams (engineeri delivery), and managing the commercial cycle from inquiry to award and handover.

Job Responsibilities :

1) Identify, qualify, and develop EPC project leads within Oil & Gas, Energy, utilities, and industrial clients across Saudi Arabia
2) Build and maintain strong relationships with end users, EPC contractors, consultants, and procurement teams
3) Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, site visits, R handling, proposal submission, negotiation, and contract award
4) Coordinate with engineering, estimation, procurement, and project teams to ensure accurate technical and commercial proposals
5) Support project kickoff and delivery alignment by ensuring scope clarity, timeline expectations, and stakeholder coordination
6) Conduct market intelligence (competitors, pricing, upcoming tenders, client expansions) and share actionable insights
7) Ensure compliance with company policies, Saudi regulations, and ethical business practices

Requirements :

1) 2– 4 years of sal development experience in EPC projects within the Oil, Gas & Energy sector
2) 2– 4 years of Saudi Arabia market experience (client-facing, local projects, or EPC tender exposure)
3) Valid Saudi driving license and readiness for frequent travel within KSA
4) Strong working knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
5) Proven ability to manage RF, prepare commercial offers, and negotiate terms
6) Good communication and stakeholder management skills in a professional corporate environment

Added Advantages :

1) Experience with Saudi Aramco, SABIC, SEC, Ma’aden, SWCC, or major EPC contracto
2) Familiarity with project sales for construction, MEP, instrumentation, electrical, piping, civil, or industrial packages
3) Understanding of contract basics (BOQ, scope, milestones, payment terms, variatio support)
