The role involves driving revenue through strategic cross-selling and upselling while ensuring daily operational issues are resolved by coordinating with logistics teams. You will perform weekly site visits to maintain high satisfaction levels and ensure no drop in service quality. Your success will be measured by achieving growth targets, driving new product adoption, and successfully acquiring new strategic clients.
