About the Role: Safaa Albea is a premier medical waste management service provider in Dubai. We are seeking an aggressive and results-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth. You will be responsible for securing new service contracts with private medical facilities, ensuring they meet the stringent environmental standards of the Dubai Municipality and DHA.
Key Responsibilities: * Identify and acquire new B2B clients including private clinics, dental centers, laboratories, and hospitals.
Present Safaa Albea’s waste collection and disposal solutions to facility managers and healthcare owners.
Negotiate contract terms and close annual service agreements.
Maintain high client retention rates through excellent after-sales support.
Stay updated on Dubai Municipality (DM) and Dubai Health Authority (DHA) regulations for hazardous waste.
Requirements: * Experience: 2–5 years of proven sales experience in the UAE (Medical, Waste Management, or Industrial services preferred).
Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Dubai healthcare market and local regulatory requirements.
Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and "hunting" skills for new business.
Location: Candidates must be currently based in the UAE.
Language: Professional fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
