Lamassat Car Care Center is seeking a smart, confident, and motivated Sales Executive to help customers choose the best car care solutions including Paint Protection Film (PPF), ceramic coating, polishing, and interi detailing.
You will be responsible for welcoming customers, explaining services, preparing offers, and closing sales. The ideal candidate is someone who knows how to talk with clients, build trust, and convert visits into confirmed bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet walk-in customers and provide a professional first impression
Understand customer needs and offer the right servic
Explain the benefits of services like PPF, ceramic coating, polishing, etc.
Convince and persuade customers through product knowledge and confidence
Handle objections and guide customers toward the best options
Follow up with customers for feedback and repeat business
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery
Track daily inquiries and sales performance
Qualifications:
1+ year of experience in sales or customer service (automotive preferred)
Good knowledge of car care services: PPF, ceramic coating, detailing, etc.
Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
Confident personality, well-groomed, and customer-focused
Fluent in Arabic (English is a plus)
Must be presentable, punctual, and target-driven
Preferred nationality: Lebanese or Syrian
