1. POSITION & SCOPE OF ROLE
The Employee is hired for the position of Sales at Hive Living.
1.1 Job Responsibilities
The Employee will be responsible for actively sourcing and securing sales opportunities across
all client types, including but not limited to:
• Selling Hive Living furniture
• Selling Caracole furniture
• Selling Hive Living lighting items that are readily available in stock
• Securing interior design projects, including full or partial furnishing of Residential and
Commercial Projects.
• Securing projects involving complete fit-out solutions, including custom furniture,
carpentry, joinery, and related works
• Introducing Hive Living to potential clients and converting opportunities into confirmed
sales or projects
1.2 Brand Representation
The Employee agrees to represent Hive Living professionally and in accordance with the
company's brand values and standards.
3.1 Basic Salary
The Employee will receive a fixed monthly basic salary of AED 4,000, paid in accordance with
the Company's standard payroll schedule.
3.2 Commission Structure
The Employee is eligible to earn commission on net sales aculated on their own behalf as
follows:
