Job Summary
Fast Fixer Building Materials Trading LLC is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in building materials sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with contractors, consultants, interior designers, and individual customers.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell Fast Fixer’s building materials and related products.
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
Generate new business opportunities through calls, visits, and networking.
Prepare quotations and follow up with clients.
Negotiate prices and close sales professionally.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of sales experience (building materials experience is an advantage).
Experience using AutoCAD is preferred.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Fluent in Arabic (Gulf dialect) and English.
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.
Professional appearance and attitude.
Female candidates should wear Abaya and Shayla during working hours.

Salary: AED 5,000
Sales commission after successful completion of the probation period.
