About the Role
Our client, a leading Technical Services Company in Dubai, is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join their team. This is an office-based role where you will be responsible for following up on leads generated through META (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns, understanding customer requirements, and converting inquiries into confirmed customers.

Key Responsibilities
* Follow up promptly on leads generated through Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
* Contact potential customers via phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.
* Prepare and share quotations and service information.
* Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve objections.
* Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and sales.
* Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
* Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
* Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
* Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
Requirements
* Filipino Female Candidate.
* Previous experience in telesales, customer service, inside sales, or telemarketing is preferred.
* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
* Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality.
* Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
* Good knowledge of WhatsApp, Microsoft Office, and basic computer applications.
* Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer inquiries.
* Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
