Job Title: Business Development & Outside Sales Executive – Interior & Exterior Design (UAE Driving License Required)

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in interior and exterior design fit-outs for residential and commercial projects.
- Conduct outside sales activities, including client visits, site inspections, and field networking to generate leads.
- Present design solutions, negotiate contracts, and effectively communicate value propositions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industry stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
- Work closely with design and project teams to ensure seamless project execution within timelines and budgets.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses for management review.
- Attend industry events and networking functions to expand professional connections.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in outside sales, business development, or client acquisition within interior design, fit-out, or construction in the UAE.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of design principles, fit-out processes, and materials.
- Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently or within a team.
