Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to grow our presence in the HORECA and wholesale market. The role focuses on selling a full range of hygiene products including individually packed wet wipes and professional cleaning detergents under our Hotelware brand.
The ideal candidate will develop new clients, manage existing accounts, and maximize sales by offering a complete hygiene solution to customers.
Key Responsibilities:-
Promote and sell a full product range:
Individually packed wet wipes
Dishwashing liquids
Degreasers
Floor cleaners
Multi-purpose cleaners
Sanitizers and hygiene solutions
Build strong relationships with clients and decision-makers
Increase sales volume by cross-selling multiple products to each customer
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close deals
Follow up on leads, quotations, and payments
Maintain accurate records of sales and customer accounts
Target Customers:-
Restaurants & food chains
Hotels & hospitality groups
Catering companies
Cafés & coffee shops
Cleaning companies
Wholesalers & distributors
Requirements:-
Sales experience in UAE or GCC markets
Existing network in restaurants or wholesalers is a big advantage
Excellent negotiation and closing skills
Self-driven and target-oriented
Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
Compensation
Basic salary + high commission on sales
Incentives based on volume growth and new accounts
Travel allowance (if applicable)
