Description
We are looking for a Retail Sales Executive for Dubai (Deira & AlQuoz) to provide excellent customer service and meet sales quotas for our Trading firm. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out.
Should have experience in Mechanical Valves, Pipes & Fittings & related products.
Responsibilities
•Engage with customers to understand their needs and promote our products.
•Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
•Answer customers’ questions about specific produc
•Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
•Achieving and exceeding sales targets through effective selling techniques.
•Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
•Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
•Providing Quotations for Email & WhatsApp enquiries. Making regular follow-ups for such enquiries.
Requirements & Skills required
•Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar roles
•Understanding of the retail sales process
•Familiarity with consumer behavior principles
•Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales target
•Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
•Ability to work well in a team and independently.
•Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
