Job Description

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing property sales in both off-plan and secondary markets. The role requires strong sales skills, market knowledge, and the ability to achieve monthly revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
2. Promote and sell residential and commercial properties across Dubai.
3. Conduct property viewings and provide professional consultations to clients.
4. Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
5. Understand client requirements and match them with suitable property options.
6. Negotiate deals and close sales transactions efficiently.
7. Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and sales activities in CRM.
8. Stay updated on Dubai real estate trends, pricing, and market regulations.
9. Coordinate with developers, banks, and internal teams for smooth transactions.
10. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.


Candidate Requirements

Requirements & Qualifications

1. Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience (real estate experience preferred).
2. Experience in Dubai real estate market is an advantage.
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
4. Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
5. Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
6. Knowledge of CRM tools and property portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle).
7. Multilingual candidates preferred (English required; Arab a plus).
