Key Responsibilities:
•Proactively generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and attending industry events in Dubai.
•Conduct face-to-face and virtual sales presentations to prospects and decision-makers in Dubai and across the UAE.
•Understand client business goals and recommend tailored digital marketing packages (SEO, PPC, Social Media, etc.).
•Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts in alignment with company pricing and service structures.
•Achieve and exceed month sales targets and KPIs.
•Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
•Collaborate with the marketing and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
•Stay updated on digital marketing trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics in the UAE.
•Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
•Minimum 1 years of proven sales experience in a digital marketing agency or tech services company — Dub experience is mandatory.
•Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Ads, Web Design, etc.).
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
•Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, KPI-oriented environment.
•Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Offi Workspace.
•Valid UAE residency or eligibility to work in Dubai (UAE driving license preferred for client visits).
•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred but not mandatory if experience is strong).
