Job Summary:
The Sales Manager will lead the business development and client acquisition efforts for facility management, maintenance, and specialized cleaning services. The role involves developing strategies to expand the company’s client base, building long-term business relationships, and achieving sales growth targets across technical and cleaning service categories such as AC duct cleaning, kitchen hood & exhaust cleaning, grease trap maintenance, sump pit & water tank cleaning, drain line jetting, and MEP maintenance services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial, residential, industrial, and hospitality sectors.
Promote facility management, MEP maintenance, and cleaning service solutions to clients.
Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and service presentations to clients.
Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales revenue targets.
Develop strategic partnerships with facility management firms, consultants, and property developers.
2. Client Relationship Management:
Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing clients.
Provide post-sales support and ensure client satisfaction.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service-related issues promptly.
Conduct regular client meetings, site visits, and service reviews.
3. Sales Planning & Market Strategy:
Create and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities.
Develop marketing plans and promotional campaigns with management.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasts.
4. Coordination & Execution:
Liaise with the operations and maintenance teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Coordinate with finance and admin departments for quotations, contracts, and collections.
Follow up on tenders, inquiries, and project submissions.
5. Reporting & Performance:
Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
Track KPIs: leads, conversions, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
Provide insights and recommendations to management for business growth.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering (B.Tech / B.E) or Master’s Degree (M.Tech) preferred.
Experience: Minimum 4–6 years in Sales or Business Development within Facility Management, Maintenance, or Cleaning Services (U experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, HVAC, and cleaning services (AC duct, kitchen hood, grease trap, sump pit, water tank, drain jetting).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client presentation skills.
Proficiency in preparing proposals, tenders, and BOQs.
Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
