We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive / Sales Manager with a strong background in construction materials sales. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working with a construction materials trading or manufacturing company in the UAE, possess strong market knowledge, and hold a valid UAE driving license. The role involves developing new business, managing existing clients, and achieving sales targets within the construction sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, developers, and project owners
Promote and sell construction materials (e.g., finishing materials, building products, MEP-related materials, etc.)
Generate new leads, conduct site visits, and follow up on inquiries and quotations
Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tenders
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts within company guidelines
Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and annual sales targets
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
Coordinate with internal teams (procurement, logistics, accounts) for smooth order execution
Ensure timely collection of payments as per agreed terms
Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular sales reports to management
Requirements & Qualifications:
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in construction materials sales in the UAE
Previous employment with a construction materials trading or manufacturing company is mandatory
Strong knowledge of the UAE construction market and supply chain
Existing network of contractors, consultants, and developers is an advantage
Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to handle multiple projects and clients simultaneously
