Best Western Plus Hotel – Kuwait is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow the hotel’s sales operations. The candidate will oversee the Sales Team, manage corporate, MICE, leisure, and government client accounts, develop strategies to achieve revenue targets, prepare sales reports, and maintain strong client relationships. This role requires strategic planning, leadership, and excellent negotiation skills in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

a. Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Executive, preferably in Hotel / Hospitality sector
b. Strong knowledge of Corporate, MICE, Leisure & Government segments
c. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
d. Commercial awareness and target-driven mindset
e. Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
f. Strong presentation and reporting skills
g. Hospitality / Business qualification is a plus
