A new business vertical under Pearl Investment is seeking an ambitious,
performance-driven, and strategic Sales Manager to lead business growth and
market expansion within the UAE’s fast-growing E-commerce and Delivery
Services sector.
This role is ideal for professionals with strong online platform experience across
leading brands and digital commerce ecosystems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead business development and revenue growth initiatives Build and expand strategic partnerships across online and delivery platforms Identify and onboard vendors, retailers, restaurants, and corporate clients Manage marketplace operations and optimize account performance Develop sales strategies to increase market reach and profitability Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer demands Collaborate with operations, logistics, and marketing teams for seamless
execution Drive monthly and annual sales targets while supporting long-term
expansion plans
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE Proven UAE experience in E-commerce or Delivery Services Sales Strong exposure to online platforms Excellent client acquisition, negotiation, and relationship management skills Commercially focused with strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced
environment UAE Driving License will be considered an added advantage
