Desired Candidate Profile:
Candidate with 15+ years in Selling, preferable in Automation /Electrical Industries with proven sales management experience, ideally within the GCC or relevant international markets.
Should have sound understanding of Gulf culture, business practices, and law of the land.
Should possess strong leadership, communication, negotiation, strategic thinking, and data analysis skills
Willing to travel extensively in GCC region
Location: Abudhabi- UAE
Roles & Responsibilities
Formulate Sales Strategies &responsible for overall sales target achievement.
Create Allied Brand Visibility (Participation in trade sho etc)
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders across the region
Identification and development of new Customers.
Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and understand regional dynamics.
Registratio of Allied brand with consultan etc
Oversee sales processes, manage contracts, and ensure compliance with local regulations of GCC countries.
Knowledge of product certification like etc is preferable.
Ex related sales quote review & submission exposure desirable
