Job Summary
Gulf Eco Pack Paper Bags Manufacturing is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in the packaging industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and driving sales growth for our eco-friendly paper bag and packaging solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities across retail, food & beverage, supermarkets, hospitality, and industrial sectors.
Promote and sell the company's paper bags and sustainable packaging products.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and business meetings.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and outstanding payments.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Coordinate with the production and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare regular sales reports.
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in the packaging industry (paper bags, flexible packaging, corrugated packaging, disposable packaging, or related products).
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
Strong knowledge of packaging products and manufacturing processes is an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer accounts.
Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
Fluency in English is required. Arabic or other regional languages are an advantage.
