We are looking for UAE experienced Sales Officers to join our DSA channel of one of the leading Islamic Bank in UAE for Personal Loans.
• Meet and exceed sales targets every month
• Identifying promising prospects through cold-calling, networking, and customer referrals.
• Should maintain accurate up to date sales pipeline and forecasts.
• Should be well versed with regulatory compliance, internal policies and procedures.
• Strong Personality and Excellent Selling Skills.
• Strong Communication and Relationship Building skills.
• Should be target oriented and self-initiator
• Maintaining overall spread of business in order to deliver highest lead to disbursal conversion
• Work towards ensuring zero cases of mis-selling / fraud in the processes
• Responding in a timely and effective manner to all internal communication.
• Adheres to and supports company policies and practices.
KEY EXPERIENCES REQUIRED
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales of Retail Banking products like Personal Loans or Mortgages
• High-energy, positive attitude & passion for Sales
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Must be a graduate (BA/Bcom/B.Sc/BBA/MBA)
• Computer Savvy
• Positive “roll-up your sleeves” attitude, a proactive mindset with a strong-will-to-win
• Ability to effectively operate in a fast-paced, dynamic and matrixed environment.
