Key Responsibilities:
~The Sales Officer is responsible for identifying eligible clients and generating business for credit cards or personal loans.
~Achieve assigned sales targets for credit cards or personal loans.
~Conduct field visits, cold calling, and lead generation activities to acquire new customers.
~Identify potential customers through market research, networking, and referrals.
~Cross-sell banking products to maximize revenue.
~Ensure excellent customer service to build long-term relationships.
~Address customer queries, concerns, and objections effectively.
~Graduation degree.
~6 months - 2 years of experience in direct sales, preferably in retail banking.
~Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
~Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
~Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
~The desire to achieve incentives by crossing the basic target.
