The Sales Officer is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products or services to existing and potential customers. The role involves achieving sales targets, maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase company revenue.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Present, promote, and sell produc using solid arguments to existing and prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, finance, logistics) to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of all sales and customer interactions in CRM systems.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, or promotional events as required.
Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales (preferably in [specify industry, e.g., FMCG, Real Estate, Banking, Automotive, etc.]).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent presentation and closing skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid UAE driving license (if applicable).
