The Sales coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the sales team and production, preparing sales doents, Job orders, coordinating with suppliers, and maintaining customer databases. This position helps ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of all operations.
Key Responsibilities
•Provide administrative support to the sales team and production team
•Coordinate sales meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
•Manage and update CRM and sales databases
•Track sales metrics and generate regular reports
•Assist in preparing job orders, quotes, and contracts
•Communicate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
•Process orders and ensure timely delivery
•Monitor inventory levels relevant to customer orders
•Production Team Monitoring
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
1-2 years of experience in a sales and production support or administrative role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Customer-focused attitude with a high level of professionalism
