About the project
Mezhiiev&Co. provides corporate support services for businesses operating in the UAE, including renewal of residence visas and trade licenses. The company ensures stable lead generation, the employee's key task is to professionally convert inquiries into closed deals and develop the client base.
Key responsibilities
- Processing and converting qualified leads provided by the company
- Conducting outbound calls and follow-ups with potential and existing clients
- Presenting visa and trade license renewal services to business owners and company representatives
- Negotiating commercial terms and closing deals
- Building long-term relationships with clients and identifying repeat business opportunities
- Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets

- Physically located in the UAE (mandatory)
- Experience in sales, telesales, or business development (B2B services preferred)
- Confident communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage objections and close transactions
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Arabic is a strong advantage
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Self-driven, disciplined, and results-oriented approach
