Looking for a motivated and customer focused sales staff for textile industry,
key responsibilities:
1) welcome & assist customer in store
2) understand customer requirements and recommend suitable fabrics, styles & tailoring options
3) handle sales enquires, quotations, orders, payments and follow ups
4) take and record customer measurements accurately.
5) coordinate with the tailors and the workshop to ensure orders are completed in time
6) maintain customer records and update order details
7) assist with stock checking, fabric selections and basic inventory management
