Daily Responsibilities
Customer Service
Welcome customers warmly and take their orders.
Explain menu items, flavors, and promotions.
Suggest add-ons (like extra toppings, desserts, or new drinks).
Handle customer feedback politely and professionally.
Drink Preparation
Prepare bubble tea, coffee, smoothies, and other drinks according to recipes.
Operate blenders, espresso machines, and sealing machines safely.
Ensure drinks are served fresh, clean, and attractive.
Cash Handling & POS
Process cash, card, or QR payments accurately.
Issue receipts and balance cash drawer at the end of the shift.
Shop Maintenance
Keep the counter, tables, and machines clean at all times.
Refill ingredients (tapioca pearls, milk, tea, sugar, cups, etc.) as needed.
Help with cleaning duties before closing (mopping, wiping, etc.).
Inventory & Stock
Report when ingredients or packaging items are low.
Help with receiving and organizing new stock.
Teamwork & Appearance
Work well with other staff members to keep the shop running smoothly.
Always maintain a neat and professional appearance (uniform, hygiene, grooming).
