Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Salesman with strong knowledge of building materials and sanitary ware products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell building materials and sanitary ware products to contractors, developers, retailers, and end users.
Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
Provide product knowledge, technical advice, and solutions based on customer needs.
Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and close sales.
Negotiate prices and terms in line with company policies.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales of building materials a sanitary ware.
Good knowledge of construction products, specifications, and applications.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driving license is preferred.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email).
Preferred Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Experience in the local market is an advantage.
