Job Description for Salon Manager only Female
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Salon Manager to oversee the daily operations of our salon. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the beauty industry, skilled in team leadership, and capable of ensuring a high-quality customer experience while driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
•Staff Management:
oTrain, and supervise stylists, beauticians, and other salon staff.
oCreate and manage staff schedules.
oMonitor performance and conduct regular team meetings and evaluations.
•Customer Service:
oEnsure excellent customer service is consistently provided.
oHandle client complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
oMonitor and improve client satisfaction and retention.
•Salon Operations:
oOversee the cleanliness and organization of the salon.
oEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations.
oManage inventory of supplies and equipment; order stock as needed.
•Sales & Marketing:
oPromote salon services and products through in-store promotions and local marketing.
oWork with the marketing team to implement campaigns, loyalty programs, and social media strategies.
oAchieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
•Financial Management:
oTrack daily, weekly, and monthly sales and expenses.
oPrepare reports for manageme.
oManage payroll and ensure accurate timesheets.

Qualifications:
•Proven experience as a Salon Manager or in a similar leadership role in the beauty industry.
•Strong leadership and team-building skills.
•Excellent customer service and communication skills.
•Knowledge of salon services, products, and current beauty trends.
•Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
•Proficient in basic business software (POS systems, scheduling software, Excel, etc.).

•Certification in Cosmetology or Beauty Therapy (optional, depending on location)
•Experience with salon software (e.g., Fresha, Vagaro, Mindbody)
•Sales or marketing experience in a salon or retail environment
