You will supervise barbers, stylists, front-desk personnel, and support staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, strict hygiene standards, and a sophisticated, welcoming environment.

•Daily operations & management
•Oversee day-to-day salon flow, open and close procedures, and floor activities.
•Manage staff scheduling, duty rosters, breaks, and attendance.
•Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, tool hygiene, and facility sanitation in compliance with local health regulations.
•Manage product inventory, track stock levels, and reorder grooming supplies, hair products, and shaving gear.
•Team leadership & development
•Recruit, hire, train, and mentor barbers, stylists, and front-of-house personnel.
•Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and organize ongoing skills training.
•Enforce dress codes, professional grooming standards, and punctuality among team members.
•Foster a positive, collaborative work culture that minimizes turnover and maximizes morale.
•Customer service & sales
•Greet high-profile and regular clients, manage bookings, and handle walk-ins or VIP appointments.
•Resolve client complaints or service issues quickly and professionally to ensure high retention rates.
•Drive retail and service sales targets, motivating staff to upsell premium shaving, beard care, and hair styling products.
•Assist with local marketing, promotions, and loyalty programs to attract new clientele.
•Financial & administrative
•Track daily, weekly, and monthly revenue metrics and monitor expenses.
•Prepare basic financial reports, manage cash handling, and review commission or payroll data.
