1. Site Supervision
Supervise daily scaffolding erection, dismantling, and modification activities
Allocate tasks to scaffolding teams and ensure proper manpower utilization
Monitor work progress and ensure completion as per project schedule
2. Safety & Compliance
Ensure scaffolding is erected according to approved drawings and safety standards
Conduct daily inspections of scaffolding structures
Ensure workers follow PPE and safety procedures at all times
Stop unsafe work practices immediately and report incidents
3. Technical Responsibilities
Read and interpret scaffolding drawings and site plans
Ensure correct materials, fittings, and access platforms are used
Identify defective or damaged materials and arrange replacements
Coordinate load requirements and safe access points
4. Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with Project Engineers, Site Supervisors, and Safety Officers
Liaise with clients, consultants, and site representatives when required
Maintain clear communication between scaffolding team and management
5. Doentation & Reporting
Maintain daily work reports and manpower records
Ensure scaffolding inspection tags are properly updated
Report material requirements, shortages, or damages
Assist in toolbox talks and safety briefings
6. Event & Special Projects
Supervise scaffolding for stages, trusses, platforms, and temporary structures
Ensure timely erection and dismantling before and after events
Handle urgent site changes during live events
