Job Summary:
The School Bus Attendant is responsible for ensuring the safety, discipline, and well-being of students while they are boarding, riding, and disembarking from the school bus, in compliance with Dubai RTA and KHDA regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist students when boarding and exiting the school bus
Ensure students are seated properly and wearing seat belts
Maintain discipline and order inside the bus
Account for all students before departure and upon arrival
Assist younger students and students of determination
Communicate any incidents or concerns to the bus driver and school administration
Follow emergency procedures and child safety protocols
Ensure compliance with school transport safety rules
Requirements & Qualifications:
Experience working with children is an advantage
Good communication skills (basic English required)
Patient, responsible, and attentive to safety
Physically fit to assist students
Clean conduct and background record
