-Maintain and organize Director’s Schedule
-Maintain daily tasks list, manage dairy, and arrange meetings and appointments.
-Plan and arrange all travel arrangements for Business purpose
-General Administrative and office duties, such as screening and directing phones
-Handling incoming and outcoming correspondences including mail, calls, and Faxes
-Manage and maintain a neat and pleasant appearance of the reception area
-Ensure and provide excellent customer service
-Manage any other requirements requested by the Director
