Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Secretary with 2 to 3 years of experience.
The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, experience in managing executive tasks and correspondence, and familiarity with sales-related doentation and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily calendars, appointments, and intern meetings.
Prepare and handle professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Coordinate with clients and internal departments.
Maintain organized filing systems for both general administrative and sales doentation.
Ensure smooth communication flow between the sales team and operatio.
Keep the office neat and organized.
Welcome clients and visitors.
Requirements:
2–3 years of experience in a secretarial or executive assistant role, with exposure to sales coordination
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Photoshop.
Familiarity with sales doentation (quotations, invoices, purchase orders, delivery notes)
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
