The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring CCTV systems, alarm panels, and other security equipment to ensure the safety and security of people, property, and assets. The successful candidate must be able to respond quickly to incidents, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with on-site security personnel and emergency services.

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience as a Security Control Room Operator, CCTV Operator, or in a similar security role is preferred.
Knowledge of CCTV monitoring, access control, and alarm systems.
Strong observation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions under pressure.
Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
A valid SIRA CCTV Operator License (or equivalent security certification) is preferred where applicable.
