We are seeking a vigilant and responsible Security Guard to maintain a safe and secure environment for our premises, staff, visitors, and assets. The ideal candidate will monitor activities, enforce security procedures, and respond promptly to incidents.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access
Control entry and exit points; verify identification and permits
Conduct regular inspections and report safety or security risks
Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents in a calm and professional manner
Assist visitors and staff with security-related inquiries
Write clear incident and daily activity reports
Enforce company policies and safety regulations
Coordinate with supervisors and emergency services when required
Requirements & Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a security guard or similar role preferred
Valid Security Guard Licen (UAE) is an advantage
Physically fit and able to stand or patrol for long periods
Good observation and communication skills
Basic knowledge of security procedures and emergency response
Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Skills & Competencies:
Strong attention to detail
Integrity and professionalism
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Team-oriented with good interpersonal skills
