Al Ghurair Exchange is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our Finance & Accounts team in Dubai. The candidate will ensure financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and smooth day-to-day accounting operations in line with UAE Central Bank regulations. Responsibilities include maintaining accounting records for FX and remittance operations, preparing financial statements, performing multi-currency bank reconciliations, monitoring cash flow and branch liquidity, preparing MIS reports, supporting audits, and guiding junior finance team members. Proficiency with ERP and remittance platforms is required.

a. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
b. ACCA / CPA / CMA qualification is a plus
c. 6–8 years UAE experience in money exchange / remittance industry
d. Strong knowledge of IFRS, VAT, and UAE regulatory requirements
e. Experience with ERP systems and remittance platforms (SWIFT, IME, Western Union)
f. Ability to train and guide junior finance team members
