The ideal candidate must have strong joinery experience, be able to read and understand drawings, and effectively manage carpenters and helpers on site.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage carpenters and joinery workers on site
Execute joinery works as per approved shop drawings and specifications
Read, interpret, and explain drawings to the team clearly
Plan daily work activities and allocate manpower efficiently
