Arakkal Gold & Diamonds LLC is seeking a highly experienced Senior HR Executive to oversee all human resource functions across jewellery retail operations in Dubai.
The role includes leading recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with UAE labour laws.
The candidate will provide expert HR guidance to management and employees, maintain accurate HR doentation, and drive training and development initiatives.
Prior experience in the jewellery or retail industry is strongly preferred.

a. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
b. CHRM a CPD certification (mandatory)
c. 2–5 years of HR experience, including managerial capacity
d. In-depth understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR compliance
e. Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
f. Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
g. Excellent command of English and Malayalam
